Griddo AX Docs Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Griddo AX Docs, the MCP server and related plugins provided by Griddo Digital, S.L. (Calle Pradillo, 5, 28002 Madrid, Spain). By using Griddo AX Docs you accept these terms.

1. What it is

Griddo AX Docs gives MCP-compatible AI assistants read-only access to the public documentation of the Griddo backoffice, published at docs.griddo.io. It lets them search, read and list pages of that documentation. It does not change any site or access Griddo accounts.

2. Access

The service is free and needs no account. You use it through a third-party application (for example, ChatGPT, Codex, Claude or Cursor), whose use is governed by its provider's terms.

3. Acceptable use

You may not:

• send a volume of automated requests that degrades the service for other users;
• try to access parts of the service not meant for the public or bypass its security measures;
• use the service for illegal activities.

We may limit or block access that breaks these rules.

4. Content and answers

The documentation belongs to Griddo Digital, S.L. You may read it and quote it with a link to the original page.

The answers you see are written by your AI assistant from the documentation. Griddo does not control that text and does not guarantee that it is accurate or complete. If they differ, the docs.griddo.io page the assistant cites prevails.

5. Availability

We provide the service as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue it at any time.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Griddo Digital, S.L. is not liable for damages arising from the use of the service or the inability to use it, or for the answers your AI assistant generates.

7. Privacy

How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. We will publish the new version on this page with its date. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Madrid, unless the law sets a different venue, as in the case of consumers.
