NEW RELEASE
Soaring Spruce
Soaring Spruce keeps growing where it matters most: in the day-to-day of those who build and manage websites. Three pillars, one idea: SEO should stop being a black box. You can finally see your site the way Google sees it with the new SEO Outline, and search engines find you instantly thanks to IndexNow. Sharing drafts with external reviewers is now smarter, and a handful of small editor improvements save you clicks every day. Three big new features that will save you time, reduce errors and give you more control over your content and rankings.
NEW IMPROVEMENTS
You can finally see your site the way Google sees it.
Master your content hierarchy at a glance, without leaving the editor.
Until now, reviewing a page's headings meant inspecting the code or using external tools. With the new SEO Outline, Griddo shows you the complete heading structure of any page directly from the editor. At a glance you can spot missing H1s, jumps in hierarchy, headings that are too long or repeated titles — the most common errors that hurt rankings without anyone noticing.
Immediate visibility
Without leaving the editor and without external tools. Your page structure, always in sight.
Fewer SEO errors
Griddo flags problems automatically: missing H1s, hierarchy jumps, repeated titles.
More autonomy for your team
You don't need technical knowledge to do on-page SEO right. Any editor can see it.
INSTANT INDEXING
Now search engines find you instantly.
Every change to your site, notified to Bing, Yandex and other engines in seconds.
Every time you publish, update or delete a page, Griddo automatically notifies Bing, Yandex and other search engines through the IndexNow protocol. No waiting for them to come crawl your site. Your new content appears in results faster, and your updates are reflected without delays. It's an extra layer of control over your rankings, built in by default with no setup on your part.
What I love most about this release is that it solves something every marketing team worries about, but nobody had made easy until now. Evaluating and managing your page's SEO without leaving the editor gives you completely autonomous power to act.
SHARE DRAFT IMPROVED
Share drafts with full control.
You know how many times the link has been visited. You decide when it expires.
Sharing a draft for external review was already possible in Griddo. Now it's smarter: every link includes a token with a 15-day renewable expiry, and you can see how many times it has been visited. Ideal for coordinating reviews with clients, stakeholders or approvers who don't have access to Griddo.
15-day expiry
Renewable when you need it. Links don't stay alive forever.
Usage metrics
See how many times each link has been visited. You know whether the reviewer opened it.
No account required
Whoever receives the link doesn't need access to Griddo. Just open and review.
Perfecting the detail.
Optimisations that boost your daily productivity.
Beyond the main pillars, Soaring Spruce includes a series of improvements designed to make your experience as an editor impeccable:
New content creation modal
Unifies all the content you can create on a site. Templates are organised by blocks with a search filter by name, content type and datapack.
Slug visible in selection
The slug now appears when selecting pages in the internal pages component. Useful when you have repeated names or URLs you need to distinguish.
Feedback in bulk actions
When running bulk actions, buttons are replaced by a loading indicator that prevents duplicate clicks during slower operations.
Keywords with counter
Keywords show how many times each word appears. When you select one, the editor underlines it in the content.
COMING SOON
Per-page permissions.
Granular access, also for external reviewers.
Soon you'll be able to assign access permissions at the individual page level. Ideal both for managing access within the team and for giving visibility to external reviewers without granting access to the whole site. In development and available soon.
